First of all, I don't usually have a 'typical' day! I'll give you one that is close though...
This is a weekday, not a weekend...which would be MUCH different. During the week, Mark and I only have 2 kids! Except in the summer...we have Mark's kids 3 or 4 days a week :)
6:20 a.m. - Hubby awakes.
6:30 a.m. - I hear my son Sam jump in the shower.
6:31 a.m. - I hit the snooze button and set the clock again for 6:55 a.m.
6:55 a.m. - I turn off my alarm and gaze at my husbands clock...which says it is 6:50. So, I feel I have a few more minutes to sleep...which usually means that I finally climb out of bed at 7:01. *Understand that I am supposed to get up at 6:30! (I'm not a morning person)
7:10 a.m. - Sam leaves for school and starts my car on the way (so it's warm for me). Gabe also arises at this time.
7:16 to 7:25 a.m. - I leave for work...assuming I start at 8 (which is most days). I kiss Gabe and Mark good-bye on the way! I usually feel like...well, you-know-what when I get up in the morning (due to the RA). I tend to feel better later in the day...
8:00 a.m. - Arrive at work. Start working....
2:00 p.m. or 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. - I leave work (one of my best moments of the day!)
At this time, I either go straight home, go shopping or go to a random appointment of some kind.
3 p.m. or 4 p.m. - Arrive home. I check on Mark and the boys. If Sam is at an after school activity, he needs to be picked up at 4:30 . Right now, it's time to rehearse for the school play...Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
4:30 p.m. -6 p.m. - Dinner is made and eaten at some point. We may get take out one night a week....
6:00 p.m. (or s0) - Depending on the day, we either have: Small Group (we bring Gabe with us), B-ball practice (for Gabe and I), or Awana/Oasis (at church). Thursday nights are usually FREE. We allow the boys to have video game time that evening.
8:00 p.m. - Finish up any homework, tidy-up, watch a movie, take a bath....
9:20 p.m. - Boys are ready for bed. Brush teeth...read a book...say prayers...kisses....GOOD NIGHT!
9:30 p.m. - Mark and I finally have conversation...and maybe spend some time together :)
10:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. - Bedtime for me!
There ya go!
Blessings!

I Wish I Was a Better Blogger!
I don't think I am meant to be a successful blogger :(
So, I haven't posted anything in a VERY long time. Christmas and New Year's has come and gone...
We are all fine! That's always good :)
My heart breaks for Haiti.
Sam is in State Honors Choir and his concert is tomorrow in Grand Rapids. We are going to go tonight and stay at a hotel. I was hoping to take Alex, but he can't get a replacement for work. I decided to take Gabe with me. There is an indoor pool at the hotel, so that should be fun :) Mark will stay home with the others.
Gabe started Upward Basketball at church. I highly recommend it! Great program. I am an assistant coach for his cute little team :) There is nothing better than running around with 10 1st grade boys! Nope!
Aunt Brenda gave us two 'male' robo hamsters. On Christmas Eve, Alex and Sam found that they had 3 baby hamsters! Male, my foot! (what a strange saying) We read online that we are to separate the male and female so she doesn't get pregnant again. Course, we didn't read this until too late...she had 4 more babies a week or so ago! My goodness. Thankfully, the pet store took the first litter. Jules took the male to her mom's house and with any luck, their mom will let them take any male babies that were just born. We have to wait until they are older though...
I hope everyone is having a safe and happy January! I'm SO ready for SPRING!!!!
Blessings!
